Keylea D’Arcy (She/Her) received her Masters of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in March 2020. Keylea enjoys working with families and individuals of all ages and orientations. She is especially passionate about working with those suffering from trauma and trauma-related difficulties.

Keylea utilizes evidence-based practices to help individuals identify their true passion and belonging in the world, guiding them in learning how to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, blending elements from different methodologies to best fit your needs.

Keylea believes that therapy is a collaborative journey where each individual brings their unique stories, strengths, and challenges. Her role is to listen deeply, understand your perspective, and respect your experiences. Together, we will explore the challenges you face, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop strategies to enhance your well-being.

Working together, we will build a trusting relationship that allows us to explore techniques to foster positive behaviors and practices for daily functioning. Our creative space together will be safe and comfortable, welcoming vulnerability and beginning the growth process to reach your life's maximum potential.
